GENERAL PROVISIONS
These conditions are valid exclusively between the company SAVOLDI EDI and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.SAVOLDIEDI.It.
These conditions are subject to change and the date of publication is equivalent to the effective date
These conditions govern purchases on the website www.SAVOLDIEDI. It in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
With these general conditions of sale, SAVOLDI EDI sells and the CUSTOMER purchases remotely the tangible goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.SAVOLDIEDI. It
The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet network by placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided on the website itself.
The customer undertakes to read these general conditions of sale before confirming their order
CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT
The CUSTOMER
before concluding the purchase contract, reviews the characteristics of the goods which are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of selection and:
- The total price of the goods including taxes
- the details of shipping costs
- the payment methods
- The terms for exercising the right of withdrawal
- Information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal
- information on the commercial guarantees of the purchased goods

The sales contract is considered concluded upon receipt by the CUSTOMER of an order confirmation email. The email will contain the CUSTOMER's data, the price of the purchased goods, any shipping costs, and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to provide their data truthfully and to verify the accuracy of the contents in the email, promptly communicating any corrections to SAVOLDI EDI.
The images on www.SAVOLDIEDI.it do not constitute a contractual element as they are for representation purposes only.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of products refers to the actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. However, this availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order is confirmed.
Even after receiving the order confirmation e-mail, cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this event, the CUSTOMER will be immediately notified by e-mail, and it will be SAVOLDI EDI's responsibility to propose alternative solutions.
If the CUSTOMER requests the cancellation of the order, thereby terminating the contract, SAVOLDI EDI will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day it became aware of the customer's decision to terminate the contract.
PRICES
All the sales prices of the products indicated on the website www.SAVOLDIEDI.it are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but, if applicable, are indicated and calculated at the time of completion of the purchase process.
SAVOLDI EDI has the right to change its prices at any time, however the goods will be sold based on the prices indicated on the website at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation email sent by SAVOLDI EDI to the CUSTOMER.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other type of error that may result in a substantial change, not foreseen by SAVOLDI EDI, in the retail price, making it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled and the amount paid by the CUSTOMER will be refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
All products sold on www.SAVOLDIEDI.it are covered by a commercial or conventional warranty of 24 months (unless otherwise specified) for conformity defects, pursuant to the Consumer Code art. 133 of Legislative Decree 206/05, which represents the manufacturer's commitment to repair, adapt or replace the product purchased by the CUSTOMER within a predetermined period if the defect of the product is attributable to a manufacturing problem and certainly not to improper use or tampering by technical assistance not expressly authorized by SAVOLDI EDI.
This warranty is reserved for private Consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, that is, who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form, in which case the warranty is reduced to twelve months)
TRANSFER OF RISK
The risks relating to goods purchased on www.SAVOLDIEDI.it will be borne by the CUSTOMER from the moment of delivery.
Ownership of the goods is considered acquired as soon as full payment of all amounts due in relation to them has been received, including any shipping costs.
RESPONSIBILITY
SAVOLDI EDI assumes no responsibility in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the timeframes specified in the contract due to disruptions attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if resulting from malfunctions and/or disruptions of the internet network.
DELIVERY METHODS
The company SAVOLDI EDI accepts orders with pickup at the premises by the buyer or by a courier appointed by them.
The goods are delivered within the timeframes defined by the courier,
the company SAVOLDI EDI is not responsible for any delays due to the courier's logistics and the type of shipping chosen.
For orders from EU and NON-EU countries, delivery methods with pickup at the premises by the CLIENT or by a courier appointed by them are accepted.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made using the following methods: - Bank Transfer
Advance payments must be received within seven days (unless otherwise agreed) from the date of contract confirmation, otherwise the contract will be cancelled.
An electronic tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
SAVOLDI EDI is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods due to late crediting of amounts caused by problems or delays in banking credit systems.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The CLIENT who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify SAVOLDI EDI by means of an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered letter with return receipt or certified email.
The CUSTOMER may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or, alternatively, by submitting the standard withdrawal form referred to in Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014
For hygienic reasons and for the protection of health, the supply of objects or musical instruments that come into direct contact with the CLIENT'S oral cavity and saliva is EXCLUDED from the right of withdrawal (Consumer Code Art.59e)
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the CUSTOMER.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original unopened packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) and accompanied by the attached tax documentation.
In the event of excessive handling and in any case different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the CUSTOMER is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, SAVOLDI EDI will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days.
As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, SAVOLDI EDI may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the CUSTOMER intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for the refund.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law. DATE: 01/11/2023
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of BRESCIA.
