Delivery and Collection Guidelines
Whenever possible, we prefer that instruments be delivered and collected in person. However, we understand that costs and timing may not always allow for this. We can receive instruments via courier and prepare them for return shipment, but please note that we do not handle the shipping process ourselves.
If you choose to send your instrument by courier, we recommend avoiding the inclusion of unnecessary items that add weight and are not useful for our work. Please do not include cases, pencils, cleaning cloths, or other accessories. The ideal packaging consists of the instrument in its case, wrapped in bubble wrap, and securely placed inside a box. The box does not need to be oversized, as volumetric weight also affects shipping costs.
Inside the case, please include a note with your personal details, contact information, and tax code (required for invoicing). If you have any specific instructions, feel free to include them—we will take them into account.
For return shipments, we use our standard packaging method, which over the years has proven to be safe and effective in preserving the instrument’s condition until it reaches its destination. Our package dimensions are 18 × 18 × 49 cm, and the weight typically does not exceed 2 kg (if no accessories are included).
We charge a fee of €5.00 for packaging, boxing, and any necessary documentation.
Once you have arranged pickup with your preferred courier, please remember to inform us of the courier company’s name and send us the shipping label. Without the label, the package cannot be dispatched. Also, keep in mind our working hours for both pickup and delivery.
Please ensure that all your details are accurate and complete for both invoicing and shipping. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect, missing, or last-minute changes to your information that have not been communicated to us.
