Information on the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679
EU Regulation of 27 April 2016, no. 679 provides for the right to the protection of personal data concerning natural persons. In compliance with this regulation, the company SAVOLDI EDI wishes to inform you in advance, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, that such processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and accountability, as well as the protection of your privacy and your rights.
Providing data is optional but any refusal to provide the data necessary to complete the order will result in its cancellation.
1. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes: - Entry into our own database and customer archives to allow the regular conduct of the pre-contractual (quotes) and contractual relationship, to comply with internal operational or management needs, to fulfill accounting, tax and civil obligations and related requirements, to facilitate timely notifications related to the services offered and related operations in accordance with Art. 6 p. 1 lett. f) and Recital 47 EU Reg. 2016/679 (it may be considered legitimate interest to process personal data for direct marketing purposes, also in reference to services/products similar to those requested by the customer). - to fulfill tax obligations, Pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. b. and lett. f., it is specified that the provision of your data is mandatory for you as such Processing finds its legal basis in the need, on the part of the Data Controller, to execute a contractual relationship and to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, for the purpose stated above. Any total or partial refusal to provide your personal data will result in the Data Controller being unable to offer you the requested services.
2. Methods of processing.
The processing of data may consist, in addition to their collection, in their registration, storage, modification, communication, deletion and will be carried out both using paper support and with the aid of electronic tools, according to methods and with tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, in accordance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679. In particular, all appropriate technical and organizational measures will be adopted, as provided by law, so that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed. The methodologies applied ensure that access to the data is allowed only to persons appointed to process them by our Firm.
3. Appointed Subjects and Recipients.
The recipients/appointed subjects to whom your personal data (personal, accounting and tax data) may be communicated are as follows:
• appointed subjects who are part of the administrative and commercial area of our company;
• external subjects who may carry out tax compliance, accounting compliance, management of information systems on behalf of our Firm;
• credit institutions for the management of payments and collections resulting from the execution of contracts;
• subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal provisions or regulations;
• other subjects provided for by law.
4. Duration and retention of data.
The data collected will be duly stored for a maximum period quantifiable as 10 years from the last contractual relationship, pursuant to art. 2220 C.C. or, pursuant to art. 13. c.2, lett. a), second part of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a variable period (and up to a further 10 years), according to criteria balancing legitimate business interests (related to tax audits, any special correspondence, such as disputes, arrears, legal aspects, periodic purchases, statistical, production, quality purposes). The possibility of disseminating the data (dissemination = communication to unspecified subjects) is not provided for.

Pursuant to art. 13, par. 2, lett. b), c), d) of EU Reg. 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, you may exercise the following rights relating to the processing of personal data:
• right of access (art. 15);
• right to rectification (art. 16);
• right to erasure (art. 17);
• right to restriction (art. 18);
• right to data portability (art. 20);
• right to object (art. 21);

• right to withdraw consent, in the cases provided for by art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) or by art. 9, par. 2, lett. a).
