It is always preferable to deliver and collect in person, but sometimes costs and timing do not allow it. In these cases, we can receive the instrument via courier and also prepare it for the return, again via courier. However, we do not handle the shipping directly.
If you decide to send it, we recommend avoiding putting unnecessary items in the package that would increase its weight and are not useful for our work. Case covers, pencils, sticks, cloths, and similar items are not necessary. Ideally, send only the instrument in its case, wrapped in bubble wrap, securely placed inside a small box (remember that volumetric weight is also charged).
Inside the case, include a note with your details, contact information, and tax code (necessary for invoicing). If you have any special instructions, do not hesitate to let us know: we will take them into account.
For the return shipment, we use our standard preparation, which over time has proven to be safe and effective in preserving the condition of the instrument until it arrives at its destination. The dimensions of our parcels are 18 × 18 × 49 cm and the weight, without accessories, normally does not exceed 2 kg.
For preparation, packaging, the box, and any documentation, a charge of €5.00 applies.
Once you have instructed your trusted courier, remember to let us know the name of the company and send us the shipping label: without it, the package cannot be sent. Please keep our working hours in mind for pickup and delivery.
